1. PM-KISAN क्या है?

Government of India द्वारा 2019 में launch की गई योजना
Under this scheme:

✔ ₹2,000 × 3 installments = ₹6,000 / Year
✔ Direct bank transfer (DBT)
✔ केवल eligible किसानों के लिए

2. PM-KISAN में कौन Eligible है?

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ भारत का नागरिक
✔ किसानों के पास कृषि भूमि होनी चाहिए
✔ Land ownership record नाम किसान के नाम

Important:
Tenant / lease farming वाले eligible नहीं माने जाते (कुछ राज्यों में अलग rules)

3. कौन Eligible नहीं हैं? (Exclusion List)

इन लोगों को PM-KISAN benefit नहीं मिलता:

✖ Institutional land holders
✖ सरकारी कर्मचारी (Except Class-IV)
✖ Pensioners (₹10,000+ pension)
✖ Income tax payer
✖ Mayor / MLA / MP / Minister / Corporation head
✖ Doctors / Engineers / Lawyers / Architects (practice registered)

4. Documents Required

Application के लिए जरूरी documents:

✔ Aadhaar Card
✔ Bank Passbook
✔ Ration Card (some states)
✔ Khatauni / Khasra / Land Record
✔ Mobile Number
✔ Self Attestation Form (Offline cases)

5. PM-KISAN Apply Process (Online)

Online registration इस portal पर होता है:

Steps:

1️⃣ Portal open करें
2️⃣ Farmer Corner चुनें
3️⃣ New Farmer Registration select करें
4️⃣ Aadhaar + Captcha enter करें
5️⃣ Application form fill करें
6️⃣ Land details upload
7️⃣ Bank details add
8️⃣ Submit → Application ID generate

6. PM-KISAN Offline Apply

Offline apply CSC / Gram Panchayat / Patwari office / Agriculture department में होता है।

Steps:

✔ Form fill + Docs verify
✔ Aadhaar + Land + Bank proof
✔ Officer verification
✔ Data update → Portal approval

7. e-KYC for PM-KISAN (Mandatory)

PM-KISAN में e-KYC mandatory है, otherwise payment रोक दिया जाता है।

e-KYC types:

1️⃣ OTP e-KYC: (यदि Aadhaar में mobile linked हो)
2️⃣ Biometric e-KYC: CSC / CSP / Aadhaar Seva Kendra पर

Without KYC → Installment stop

8. Aadhaar + Bank Link Requirements

Payment तभी मिलता है जब:

✔ Aadhaar linked
✔ Bank account active
✔ NPCI mapping done
✔ IFSC correct
✔ DBT enabled

9. Installment Payment Cycle

PM-KISAN installment 3 बार release होती है:

📌 1st Installment: April – July
📌 2nd Installment: August – November
📌 3rd Installment: December – March

10. Payment Status Check

Farmer status check options:

✔ Aadhaar Number
✔ Bank Account Number
✔ Mobile Number
